Default very new to all this...

Hi! My name's brian and i am totally new to all of this...i've been suffering from fibromyalgia for about 15 years now, and have been using a cpap machine for 3 years, though, due to stubborn doctors, actually have had it for over 12 years, which explains a lot of the symptoms...i'd like to hear from others...about what you find works, as my doctor is not very helpful...

for example, i now seem to have a permenant lump in my throat and nothing i do seems to get rid of it (not to be gross, but it's more like a lump of phlegm that just sits there, making it very hard for me to breathe, or even eat a meal without going into a coughing jag that results in me spitting up the last bit of whatever i have just eaten...even if it's just soup!) i would really appreciate if anyone can share if they've experienced anything similar to my dilemma...

Please, be patient with me...as my typing is most probably filled with spelling errors...my eyesight has been affected by the pregabalin that i am currantly taking, though i am slightly more alert...thanks, hope to hear from you!
