Default Facial pain

Hi there

Three yrs ago I had a root canal and the pain never went away. The neurologist says it is trigeminal neuralgia and neuritis. Every moment I have some degree of pain. I am on neurontin 1200 mg and 25 mg elavil. But I feel like they are not working. I have spasms in my face. I have tingling and burning in my cheek, gum, tongue. That is sometimes worst than the spasms in my face. No dentist seems to want to touch me. No one seems to understand the disease or how I am feeling.

Is their any herbs I could take. Will my body eventually will heal itself.

Does anyone know what I should expect in the future with this condition.

Thanks for your time,
Debbie Anderson
