Help help without more pills

my name is connie clapper i am a 44 year old female ifell a few years back a facture t 12 i was not giving the care i was suppose to recive so my back healed wrong i am in chronic pain i am on pain pills and i suffer nowfrom depression which i take more pills i have bouts of depression worse at time to i cry because i see no furture i need to find someway to control the depression and the pain without anding more pill i am currently about 80 lbs overweight and can t seem to get the willpower to lose the weight as you see i have 3 problems i have a great husband but i cant stand for him to see me lose control please can someone help me. thank you connie
