Default Hi, Ya'll!!

Just saying hi- new member- this forum has given me a lot of info just by browsing, and I feel I now can join and get some much needed info. I'm 47, work full time but am finding my activies being severely curtailed by this pain!! I have had bouts of sciatica off and on for @ 10 years, till @ 7-8 months ago, when it switched to "ON" and won't stop! Also have DDD, my right hip as an acetabular labral tear- have had multiple trigger point injections, an injection into the right hip joint, recently referred to PM dr., he did an epidural last week that has really increased the pain- go figure... I'm faithfully attending physical therapy, and doing my stretching exercises at home. This has helped a little- but the pain never goes away and I cannot play w/my grandchildren, take walks, etc. like I want so badly to do. So, I am going to post some questions and hope for some advice-thanks!!
