Default DRX 9000 spinal decompression

I have a friend that needs this treatment. Other doctors are recommending steroid shots and surgery. She has two young children and we really don't want to go that route. She has a herinated L4 disc. The way it is, it's making her left side go numb. The treatment cost $4000.00 and her BCBS insurance won't cover it. The doctors office won't set up payment plans so we have come to a road block. If any one can help on different doctors or any insurance plans that will cover the cost it would be very helpful. She needs her life back.

Hello Charlemagne, welcome to NT. You are a kind and compassionate person to be here to help a friend.

The Spinal Disorders forum is located here: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forumdisplay.php?f=22

I'm sure they'll be able to help you more than I could... they know exactly how your friend feels and what she needs from you.

Best wishes and good luck!
