Default I'm new to this

Good Morning:

I'm new to this website and I'm not even sure if I cam doing this posting correctly. I ahve recently had a 3D MRI/MRA at UCLA with Dr. Collins and it looks like I have TOS as well. I';m not sure where I am going from here...I wasn't able to spend the entire time with him going through my case. Has anyone had success with PT or other treatment instead of/before considering surgery? I've been living with this for about 14 years now so I am not really interested in jumping into any surgery....
