Hi Cajoy! Welcome to NeuroTalk!

I see that Darlene has provided you with a link to get you started, you may also find the search engine useful, it's at the top of every page in the blue toolbar.

Have fun and we'll see you out there.

Default Hi.

I have a blog to write out everything that I went through. It really helps. If you want you can set the security so that only people you want to view it can.

I leave mine open, because I know that other people can see it and respond if they want, and sometimes the comments let me know I am not alone.

I have found that with PTSD it gets better if you can figure out what triggers you, and make adjustments in your daily routine to make things easier. When I have flashbacks I know it is my brain trying to make sense of what happened, and I write.

Forums are good too, but maybe look into opening a blogspot account. It's fairly easy to learn how it works, and its free to have. If you don't like it, just delete it. Here's mine:

jewelciappio.blogspot.com

If you start something up, send me the address, and I'll post comments in support. Talking and writing works better than drugs for me. Plus, the keyboard doesn't try to tell you it's sorry, and everything will be okay.

Glad to see you looking for support.
