My name is Rick. I survived a hemmorhagic stroke this past spring that left me in a sedated coma for two months. I have peripheral neuropothy in both feet which makes it very difficult to walk. Not being able to walk in turn deprives me of needed exercise. Lack of aerobic activty makes me weaker and the cycle continues. I'm 53. Too young for all of this. I hope the forums here will provide some needed guidance and perhaps my experience will be of use to others.
