Default I'm looking for real info

Hi, I want to find out some more info about essential tremor, especially anything that main medicine doesn't know. Some personal info that works in the real world. I know that the journals state that there is no treatment needed for essential tremor but they don't have to live with it! Are they crazy? It is a real pain to stand in a buffet line and hope you don't spill your plateful of food because your hands are shaking so badly. Can anyone share something that worked for you?
