Default a helping angel looking for help in helping

hello, I have a friend who has ALS and I just got her a new computer to help her with her voice recordings. I bought a mac laptop. Is there anybody knowing if there is a problem running the program on a mac laptop? I use those devices for my work as an artist and I see its the best I can get. Please let me know if you think it's ok, or not, thanks, Andres
