Default Hello all

I am a first timer in this type of forum, just signed up, I have some questions and found some helpful answers here just from reading others experiences. Pain is a constant fear of mine, nice to have support. I have suffered from extreme headaches for years due to long term exposure to lymes disease.

Hi Sarahsdaddy.

I'm so sorry for your pain. I know headaches and migraines all too well, but not from Lyme's disease.

You may also want to visit the headache forum here. Maybe others are going through the same as you.

Here is the link to the headache forum. http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forumdisplay.php?f=32

When you say 'fear of pain', I completely understand. After you've had a severe headache or migraine, you literally live in fear of it returning. Especially when you are just getting over it and feel like you still have a slight 'ghost' of the headache...and fear that it will take hold again.

Best wishes in your search. I do know you've found a caring and supporting community.
