Default Speaking Problems

I am a 70 yr old male with PD and have made posts that I am having speech problems because of thick saliva build-up and jaw and tongue favoring the left side of face. This causes problems transferring saliva to throat thereby impeding my speech. However, if I pull the cheeks of my face upward, I can speak clearly... Anybody out there experienced the same?

Have a great day,

Lou
