Default Hi! Im your new PD member

My name is Larry, diagnosd with Parkinsion's in Jan 2003, when I was having trouble writing. Have had the deep brain stimulation surgery (with no apparent success) and am now living in an independent living facility. I have never had a tremor, still can't write and speech has been reduced to gibberish, stutteirng snd stammering (Not good for one who made his living as a trial lawyer), and I fall whenever I get too far from my electris cart or walker.I stumbled upon your site as I was researching the benefits. if any, of exercise on the symptmsof PD.Does anyon have any expeience with exercise having any effect on the symptoms of PD? your site looks helpful I hope yoou can help me deal with my insrmoontable conderns.
