Default Hi, new member here

Hi:

My name is Robin and I stumbled on this website last night when I was researching marcaine injections. I have various trigger points along my neck and shoulders which has put me in quite a bit of pain. I have suffered from tension headaches since I was a child and migraines since 1991. Over the last several years I have went to different doctors and tried different things to get a handle on my trigger points. I am kinda on a quest to figure this all out and to get better. Thought this would be a good place to learn from others who have been through it.
