Default New member looking for morphine pump answer

Hi Everyone,
I have had chronic back pain for 7 years. 14 Drs and MANY drugs later I had a neurostimulator implanted in April. I thought it was supposed to help with all pain until I was complaining to my Medtronics rep and he tells me that it is only for nerve pain and that I need a morphine pump for the other types of pain. I asked if he knew of people on both items and he said many do. I know that I have a number of different types of pain. Does anyone out there have a stimulator AND a morphine pump? And is it worth having both?
Thank you so much for your time.
Ric
