Thumbs up Bonster

Hi,
I was looking for info on spinal fusions, and came upon this site. It looks to be not only informative, but supportive as well.
I'm 53 and 13 years post L5-S1 fusion without hardware.I now have problems with stenosis with nerve compression at the L3-L4 level. I also have severe stenosis at C-6. Thinking about more surgery, but not sure.
I enjoy music, critters and the outdoors. I was active in sports, but have had to limit myself and now I am more of a spectator.
This site will be very helpful.
Thanks !
