Default Looking for celiac info

Hi everyone!

I found this site when searching for gluten free bread recipes.

I am newly self diagnosed as being celiac or gluten intolerant, one of them, not sure which. Self diagnosed through diet change and other things Working on trying to arrange testing this month, Jan-08..

I am kind of prone to typing mistakes but will try and keep it down.. Anyway, glad to meet you all and to be here!

Thanks,
Paul GFinDC
