Question Myasthenia Gravis

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this online posting thing and I really have no idea how this works. i found this site by doing some research on Myasthenia Gravis a neuromuscular/autoimmune disorder that i have. it is kinda rare i guess b/c there are only 3 people in my town that have it and we are all at different stages of the disease. i am wondering if anyone else out there can relate to what I'm going through.
sincerely,
bobcats (my school mascot) rule

hi bobcats and welcome to NeuroTalk

I have also copied your post over to our MG forum so you can check for replies there too. Here is the link

we had a bobcat in the woods behind our house, which we had the privilege of seeing at dusk one day. awesome!

Default Welcome to Neurotalk.

I personally think timber wolves rule, but as the bobcat was the mascot at NYU (actually the team name is the Violets, but the mascot came from the computer system at Bobst library, termed "bobcat" for Bobst catalogue). I think I can deal.

Only three people in your town have been diagnosed with MG? MG tends to be underdiagnosed, and unless you live in a really tiny town, I wonder if more may have it and are not yet diagnosed . . .
