Default will it just go away slowly

good morning ,
lying here on the couch and have been there for most of the past 6 and a 1/2 weeks.after a surfboard clocked me on the left upper side of my head and cut it open to the skull fortunately my skull did not crack and the cat scan did not show any sign of notable damage.
since it happened i still feel a tingling sensations and pressure in my head and blurred vision, the bad headacres seemed to have past but if I try to use my arms or exercise even light yoga I feel pressure coming on and the headacres start to come back. riding in a car will cause the pressure come on.
is anyone expeiriencing the same symptoms or no whats wrong with me and will it go away with time ,thanks
regards mark

Hi, Mark! Welcome to NeuroTalk!

I see that you've received some starting points, so please feel free to join in anywhere.

Yes, I had a similar injury, mine was a flying snow ski. It took about six months for the headaches to stop in my case. It did goof up my vision for a couple of weeks, but thankfully, that went away as well.
