Confused Maybe not TIAs but seizures

suffering since 6/16/07 with intermittent neurological symptoms upon waking. Generally effects my speech and get left-sided numbness/tingling of face, hand/arm, lower leg/foot. Usually get headaches before or after, also very sleepy afterward and lethargic for about two days after.
