Default Hey to All

Hey to all of you and hope you are all having a good morning. Since I haven't taken the time to introduce myself, I will do so now. My name is Judy, I'm married to a great guy, we have one son that is totally grown up now and out on his own. I'm a dog lover. I have a wonderful "little boy", a toy poodle, named Chance. He is spoiled rotten of course but that's ok.

I have been diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropahy, Spinal stenosis, Fibromyalgia and Chronc Fatigue Syndrome. I am on disability as of 2004 because my body just wouldn't function nymore. I fought it for 2 years thinking i was going to ge better and everything just kept getting worse. So, finally, I just had to face it; I wasn't functioning at work or at home. That was such a devastating decision for me to make!

I'm sorry I haven't taken the time to introduce myself. I have a tendency to browse boards and see if there is something new for me to try so I don't do a lot of posting but I will try to do better!

Welcome Judy! I am the opposite, when I join a board I dive right in!

Gets me in trouble a lot tho, yours is probably a better approach.

Default Welcome to Neurotalk.

If you need any hlep, just let us know--have you found any of the other sections here that relate to your diagnosis (i.e., the peripheral neuropathy, spinal disorder, fibro/chronic fatigue boards)?

I'm with you on that one...life threw lemons but I was in the middle of a Martini. It's hard to slow down and renegotiate life...I'm capable of working again (I hope) but just got to much to deal with. I'm so grateful for that man who keeps bringing home the big checks

PS: I have a bad back too...seeing a spine doctor...maybe we can share experience there sometimes
