Default Still in Shock

WoW! How can something like MS that is so uncertain SEEM to make SO much sense. Just diagnosed a few days ago. One day I think I have all these issues.... FINALLY went to a new doctor with the purpose of getting to the bottom of things and getting healthy once and for all. The next thing I know I have MS and have for years. But... on the darkest walk of my life, I've already found a blessing. From what I have read, you are all so nice.... I just stumbled on to this.... well, or maybe was lead to it. Anyway, I feel blessed! I look forward to learning a lot more about all of you and this great website. This is one time I'm happy I stumbled!

F2U - Welcome! I am a newbie here too and am glad to be part of this new group of friends. (Some are old friends just reconnecting).

My PCP had been telling me I had MS but the neuro said no. This back and forth went on for a few years. However, when the diagnosis became definite it still had an affect on me. Even though it was something we kind of suspected but as PCP said there is that criteria that would need to be met. I got home, called DBF and cried (mind you I am not a big crier). I completely understand where you are coming from and glad that you found us to share your MS journey.
