Confused New to food allergies and forums

Hi, this is all new to me. I have a 15 month baby girl that is allergic to milk, soy, eggs and all the things that mean them. I was given a list of the foods that mean them, but i was told to that there could be more. we were hopeful that she would grow out of this, however the last set of tests show that it seems to be getting worse. We now have to be careful of the amount of wheat she gets. Although there are formula choices, now that she is getting older we are having a hard time with new foods. Meat, veggies and fruit are ok, but she wants to EAT!!!! she wants more of the things that her big brother is eating. Can someone direct me to the correct forum for the most input on recipes and other things that would help me and her??

Hi Hon.

Don't be alarmed. There's lots of info and good people here. You'll do fine. You will find some more foods that you can give to your baby.

Just kiss her little toes and cuddle.

Be well

Melody
