Default Hypnoses

Hello I'm new to this, and I has PNES and I saw where someone was using self hypnoses if you get this will you get back with me. I'm very interested in any type of hypnoses.

Thanks Ed.

So glad your found us!!!

I've never tried hypnosis---self or other...not that I know of anyway... but it does sound interesting.

Default my try

my hypnotist searched for a clue to stop me sleepwalking. i told him i never put on my glasses when i did it. he planted a suggestion that if i got out of bed and wasn't wearing my glasses, i would wake up.

after that i woke up a few times sleepwalking - and i had my glasses on!

the other times they were not able to put me under.

Hi Ed, and welcome to NeuroTalk! This is a great place to hang out.

I've never known anyone who did self-hypnosis, but I've known people who have been hypnotized with great results. I also think it's a very interesting subject.
