Default Requip for Stroke Survivors

Hi! I am new to this group. I was wondering if anyone else was ever prescribed Requip to aid a stroke survivor having short term memory problems? I was on another medicine for 5 years and that worked well but stopped working.

i have never heard that.

requip was a parkinsons med. lots of side effects. it was then rx'ed for restless leg syndrome.

i know aricept has been rx'ed for stroke.

not much help am i?
