Default I'm new and confused...

hi everyone,
my name is john and it has become clear recently that i may have add. ive noticed that everything that comes out of my mouth is a question. it seems nowadays i can't focus on what people are saying and blurt out answers without hearing people out. for me, it's almost a little scary because i can't see myself one day getting better. i mean, what if i can never actually socialize with someone?! i'm hoping to find someone here who can help me! if there are any excerises, please let me know. ...i even debated watching jeopardy on tv!

well i hope to write more later. it's good to actually get this out somewhere.

Hi John and Welcome to NT. You'll find alot of great info here as well as, many caring members. I often think I have a touch of ADD myself.

My Dau is a teacher and she's always telling me that, so your'e not alone.

Look forward to hearing more from you.... take care and Welcome again..

Default Hi John,

When I saw your title new and confused the first the first thing I thought is that I am old and confused. LOL

I asked my Dr. if I had ADD a long time ago and he thinks mine is just from major depression. I have no attention span, can't keep nothing in my head for long, can't read nor learn due to it.

I hope you find the help you need here, I think you will. If not you will love the company anyway. You are not alone and you will find that here. You will get a lot of support and make a lot of new friends.

Welcome to the family.

Ada
