Default Hi there, I am a new member

Hi everyone. My husband found this site doing research for me. I like what I see so far. It's great to be able to read about everyone else's experiences and what they are going through and to try to find some answers.

I have a central disc herniation at L4-5, as well as a mild diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1. Had an epidural last week and so far no relief. I feel like I am on the verge of tears.

Hope you all have a great day!
Allison
