Hello everyone. I'm Jimmy, 55, and just looking for a support group that might fit my needs. I'm a musician, artist and computer geek who's bipolar. I've been under psy. care for the past ten years mostly for depression. Medications don't seem to work so I'm opting for natural remedies, dietary, exercise and supplemental. I'm studied and even taught some classes on mental disorders so I might even be able to give others some insights and advice that might be beneficial.
I've been in a mental hospital, 1998, for about 4 months and had about a dozen ECT treatments, (Electro Convulsive Therapy) (Shock treatments) so any info you might be interested in I would be glad to share. That's about all that's fit to print so I'll leave it at that for now. Thanks.
