Hello Karen, I get to be the First to welcome you to Neruo talk...
welcome to a wonderful place with a great group of folks.
I do not know what type of pain/Illness you are dealing with but any kind of pain gets a hug .
You posted your message just fine. You can find a long index of different forums
in the neuro talk communities, and they have many many helpful caring people that share and provide info. sooo look around and make yourself at home.
I am sure more will be by to say hello very soon.(And if I can help let me know)
Peace and Love
