Hi - my husband has Alzheimer's and I'm considering entering a clinical trial with Bapineuzumab, a monoclonal antibody. Does anyone have any experience with this drug?

Hi swmbo3 and Welcome to NeuroTalk. Sorry I can't offer any help regarding that drug, but I am glad you have joined us.

Please check out our Alz. forum and make yourself at home.

I'm sorry about your hubby's dx; my MIL also has Alz.

but I wanted to tell ya, I *love* your screen name!

is it from "She Who Must Be Obeyed" ??

Hi Swmbo:

I too, love your name. Don't know what it's from, but it's very catchy.

My Aunt had Alzheimer's and my mom had senile dementia. Not much difference. Just wanted to say hi, and Welcome to Neurotalks.

I also like to use pretty graphics to welcome people. I find them very calming. So I do hope you find these forums helpful.

Take care
