Default ..hi

Hello...
um, just tried sending a private message to someone on the welcome team thread but It didn't look like it would let me send it
Anyway I have Tourette's Syndrome and OCD and lately I've just been having a really, really hard time with things. Stressed and having a hard time with college, and a part time job that I don't have anymore, and really depressed about relationship stuff. So, yeah, I'm just not in the best place right now, my parents found this site and I'm hoping I could maybe meet some nice people..

Brandon:

Please allow me the pleasure of saying hi to you and Welcome to Neurotalk. Sounds like you have a lot going on in your life.

I give you lots of credit. Going to college, having relationships. How old are you??

And here's a link to the Tourettes Forum.

Hi Brandon
welcome to Neurotalk

I got your PM

so sorry that you are going thru a tough time right now. Depression is never easy but when it goes with all the other stuff it gets extra hard.
That's when being part of a good support community like this can really lighten the burden a lot.

my PM box is always open if you need to talk and I know you will be welcomed on the boards here.

Cheri

Hello Brandon and a very big Welcome to NeuroTalk. I am glad your parents helped you to find us. NT is full of many caring members and so much info.

I can only imagine your stress w/dealing w/Tourettes' plus OCD, going to college, working etc. I was told by a Dr that I have OCD and it was reassuring just having a name to what I was feeling/doing.

Please look around and make yourself at home. There is usually always someone around to help. And, just jump in anywhere.... Sometimes just venting and talking here, helps relieve stress...

take care and welcome again.
