Default hoping for info and advice

Hi, I am glad to find this site. I hope someone will have some advice for me about my daughter. She was injured while riding in her wheelchair in a van. The driver claims she was turning left "slowly" and my daughter and her wheelchair turned over and landed on the floor. She hit her head on the side of the van, had an indented frontal skull fracture, bleeding into her frontal sinus, and had 8 stitches over her eye. She also had 2 stitches on the side of her head above the ear. Since then, she has had repeated episodes of vomiting and is very sensitive to light.
About an hour after the injury, she became very straight and stiff for several hours. The doctors called this something but I do not remember.

Anyway, I hope you have some advice.

Thanks,
