Default any link between h. pylori and chiari malformation?

My daughter has been having severe stomach pains for months and her hand and feet go numb, we have been out of our house for 2 months due to a huge amount of mold we had discovered. Well in Dec we put our dog to sleep, she was having stomach problems and she was sleeping more than norm and sometimes she would get wobbly, like disorientated, we took her to see 4 diff vets, they took sonograms, blood, and xrays, several times, no one found anything, they chalked it up to gastritis and told us to give her pepcid. after she was losing weight, she was 35 lbs and went to about 25, after months we finally put her to sleep. By no means am I comparing my dog to my daughter I just find it ironic, that since my daughter has these symptoms, I have had her at her pediatrician several times checking her blood, thinking maybe she was anemic, nothing, she went to a GI Dr., he prescribed her on prevacid, for 6 weeks and said we will see then, they sent us to a Neurologist, he did a Brain MRI and found something called a Chiari Malformation, before I found about that, I took her to the ER, she was having severe stomach pain, they ran blood tests, sonogram on her liver, pancreas, and her gallbladder, came back and said nothing, sent her home., saying its gastritis and her gave her a script like the GI Dr did, so do I decided to have a lab run several tests on my daughter for fungus culture, mold, stachybotrsis, and bacteria. Well after everyone telling me nothing, comes to find out they found the bacteria, and they said they found H. Pylori. Now she is on 4 diff medications, I asked her ped if she could have ulcers or anything maybe they should run a catscan on her abdomen and he said not now, but what if they are wrong? I dont think if I wasnt so persisant for my daughters sake they wouldnt of kept on. Now we are going for a consultation with the neurosurgeons Friday, I dont know know if there is a connection or a link, this is stressing me out, I would just like to know if there are any links or connections, maybe with aspergillus penicillium or black mold or H. Pylori, or chiari malformations? or is it just what it is?
