Default Long Journey south

Hi all.....joined today at the behest of another good friend who after cajoling me convinced me that this community would be good for me in terms of sharing info, discussing issues about our illness and just being plain silly from time to time.

I Live in Belize and have been travelling throughout central America for many years, mostly to escape the Canadian winters that exacerbated my symptons. So far so good.

Some days good - other days not so good but a helluva lot better than before. Thanks for the invite my friend....you know who you are.
