Cool Smirk Hello Fellow Spiney Friends

I am from Southern Alabama and have had numerous procedues done. Today I had RFA in my Lumbar Section and know I am paying for it but I hope it will pass soon. gonna be a long night...sigh.
Anyhoo I did not mean to complain with my intro. to me. I was rear ended last thursday that re-injured my cervical fusion. Mri to come
I live on a very snall farm with horses, heelers chickens and lots of grandkids.
My DH is home two weeks of every month and I tend to the farm otherwise.
I am a retired middle scool teacher on medical disability.
Anyway I look forward to sharing medical information and insights we all have gained from our life experiences.
