Confused new member here--looking for info and support

Hi There Everyone,
I am new to message boards, and info sites so bear w/me..I am looking for medical info about severe systemic lupus and how to combat it as the meds are not working, and I do not know what to try---someone sd a gluten-free diet may be the key---anyone got any ideas??????
