Smile Hello
Joined this group to improve my knowledge of general health and to learn as much as I can about growing old in style. For now my right knee has light pain from taking up running again after 32 years. Nothing major but I'd like to address it eventually so it's not there anymore. Hope to learn lots. Thanks for all of you that have all the knowledge I don't.
