Hi there, My name is Melody and I have a good success story to tell you about Methyl B-12. I take 5000 each morning.

I have Diabetic Neuropathy, and it stopped the burning in it's tracks.

I did it within a week of my diagnosis so I believe I got lucky.

So ask your B-12 questions.

Hello Cabut and welcome from me as well.

I was wondering if you have a neuropathy with you being interested in VitB but as you didn't mention one, may I suggest that you have a look around the site and join in where ever you feel comfortable.
