Thumbs Up Gluten Free Convert...

Hi, I'm Rosco and our family lives a gluten free lifestyle. My wife Jackie is the gluten intolerant one in the family but the other 3 of us eat gluten free most of the time as we find it is healthier for us. It is also more convenient than cooking more than one different meal.

Thanks for all the great information here and I thought it was time to sign up and start sharing some of our experiences. Hope we can help as much a we have been helped in the past.

Regards,
Rosco
