Default New to this and a bit shy

I am turning to Neurotalk because I have peripheal neuropathy. I have had it for about 7 years. I sometimes get so frustrated and am so tired of hurting and going to the doctor. Really I was hoping someone could tell me of a "Miracle Drug" or treatment. I went to my doctors this week and she changed my treatment from 60 mg of Cymbalta and Requip (also have RLS) and Ultrum (as needed) to 90 mg of Cymbalta, no requip and Ultrum as needed. SO far this has been great but as many have probably experienced treatments work for a while then seem to become less effective. I also thought that if would be nice to be able to talk to someone that knows what I'm talking about. I get tired of trying to explain my pain. Don't you get sick of hearing "On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worse how do you rate your pain."
Ok a little about me, happily married, mother of four beautiful girls,(all grown and married) I have grandchildren and love spending time on out boat. I work fulltime. We have a wonderfufl little dog named Annie. She's our baby. I get my strength from the Lord and no that this is all a part of His plan.
God Bless
