Hi Izzie and welcome to NeuroTalk! I see you've already found the Spinal and Back Pain forum and posted there as well. I'm so sorry for all the pain you've endured over the years. I hope you can get some relief soon. There are many caring people here on this site many of whom deal with back pain issues.
