Laugh Hello everyone

I am so glad to be a member of your community. I hope you can give me advice on finding an medico legal attorney. My husband suffered a nerve injury as a result of a blood draw. He is suffering from neuralgia and the doctors cannot offer him any hope of recovery. We live in Fayetteville, Arkansas and have traveled to Boston to see Dr. Horowitz and to Johns Hopkins to see Dr. Raja.
The doctors only give medications to manage the pain. Can someone tell me how to find a attorney. Thank you.

Usha

Hi, welcome to the board. I also live in AR.

The only place I know to find a decent medical attorney in AR is Little Rock.
I've never really had a need for one.

I look forward to getting to know you. Again, welcome to the board.

I'm sorry Ugupta but I don't live in your country so am unable to offer any answers to your question. I did however, want to take this opportunity to welcome you to NeuroTalk.

I hope some-one else can give you the advice that you seek.

Hi, Usha! Welcome to NeuroTalk!

Your best bet to locate an appropriate attorney is to begin locally. You should find a long list of attorneys in your yellow pages, and most likely a subsection of medical malpractice specialists. Most will give you a free consultation as a sort of job interview to determine if your case is something he/she can handle, and as an opportunity for you to determine if he/she can meet your needs.

You can also contact your county courthouse for lists of attorneys. I hope you can find some relief for your husband.
