Hello, to all.
I am a new member in hopes of gaining some support in dealing with a neurogenic bladder causing a voiding dysfunction that has altered my life in a huge negative way.
I also am a RN, and have been married for 25 years.
I have a grown daughter and Son.

I have a long story to tell, and also am very interested in supporting others with a neurogenic bladder.

Hi there Sally and welcome to NeuroTalk.

A neurogenic bladder is no fun at all and I had a temporary one due to MS. Thankfully it righted itself, but then went the other way and I got urinary retention and had to self catheterise.

You didn't mention if something triggered your's or not, but we do have different forums for different conditions.

Have a look around the site Sally, and join in anywhere you feel comfortable.

Hi, Sally! Welcome to NeuroTalk!

Many of us with MS struggle with neurogenic bladder, and there are several discussions about it throughout NT. Using the search engine located in the toolbar near the top of every page, I found a list of threads in which it is mentioned. Feel free to join in anywhere, I'm sure there are many others who can benefit from your experience and medical knowledge.

NT search results, "neurogenic bladder":
