Default Hi all !!!

I just wanted to say hello to everyone. My name is Tami. I am married with 3 children, daughter 18, son 14 and step-son 12. We close to Nashville, TN. Oh and I am 37 years old.

I found this site while doing some research on facial tingling and numbness. Hopefully I can find others that have went thru the same thing. I have to admit I am starting to get a little scared.

Tami

Hello Tami and welcome to NeuroTalk.

I can certainly understand your distress as the unknown is always rather scary, but I wonder what sort of medical assistance you've had so far. For example, has your primary doctor referred you to a neurologist yet, or ordered any investigations?

Some dietary deficiencies have the potential for causing tingling as well as several different neurological disorders, and often just a simple blood test is all that's needed to eliminate some of these conditions.

Trigeminal neuralgia is one of the Neurological disorders that might present that way, so here's the link to that one so you can check it out : http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum26.html

Have a look around our other different forums and join in anywhere you want, and please let us know if we can help you in any way.

Hello Tami and Welcome to NeuroTalk. Have you seen a dr or had any tests run yet? Gosh, it could be so many things causing your sx's. I am glad you found us, as you'll find this place to be so informative, caring and helpful.
As Koala said, please take a look around and make yourself at home.
