Default My Nephew Edward Puletz Jr.
Hi to all,
This past week I lost my nephew Edward Puletz Jr. to ALS.
Such a sad and devastating disease particularity to such a young & wonderful man, he will be deeply missed by my family. I would hope someday a cure for this awful disease is found.

Hello Thomas and Welcome to NeuroTalk. I am sorry for the loss of your nephew to such a devasting disease. I can tell how much you cared for him. Please accept my condolences and hope you stick around and visit our many informative and caring forums.
