Well, there are houses for sale. If you stay off the lake they are cheaper. The lake houses are going for about $375,000-1 million+.

We live a block from the lake but we drive to the handicap dock because it's easier for Jim. We had the association fix it up to ADA guidelines and it's perfect now. Did I mention it has shade?
