Red face Un-diagnosed

In May of 2007 I was diagnosed as having a stroke. I have burning - numbness & needles on my right side, mainly in my face around the mouth, my right arm and right foot & leg. My foot feels real heavy like it has a band around it. On May 31, 2008 I thought I had a TIA, my voice startd slurring.

I have had 2 MRI's on my head, 2 CT's on my head, necular stress test, MRI o my lower llumbar, seen 2 Neuroligist's , x-rays on my back, sonigram and a nerve test on my right leg, have been given all kinds of medicine, been to the emergency room 2 times, and the Doctor's still question if I had a stroke.

In one of the MRI's they said I had a Tavlov Cyst. Could this possiby be my problem? If so do you have any Referrals in the Dallas, Tx area?

Hi audra1 and welcome to NeuroTalk. I can't help you with any referrals but here is a link to our Rare Disease forum including Tavlov Cyst.http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum87.html

Perhaps someone there can help.
