Default thoracic outlet syndrome.

Hi, I am new to this site. I am being diagnosed as having vascular thoracic outlet syndrome. I say "being" because I still nee to have other tests done. I have had a sowllen, blue (off/of) right hand for almost two years and my workman's comp doctor was taking care of my shoulder and didn't do anything about my hand cause he said it was coming from my shoulder, dud...Well wanted to get info/advise on others with same problems and and also to ask how is this condition treated??
