Hello jond and welcome to NeuroTalk from me as well.

I'm sorry to hear about that terrible pain that you've through. I see HereKitty has referred to the Chronic Pain Forum, but with cervical pain you may like to check out our Spinal Disorders Forum as well.

Here's the direct link incase you haven't found it yet. http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum22.html

Smile Hi, Jond...

My name is Rich, and I am really glad to meet you. It sounds like you've had a really hard time of it the last few years. I live with chronic pain myself, but what you've been through makes me feel like I'm lucky. CP is a really hard thing to live with, as I'm sure you know. We all learn little tricks that we get from others, or figure out on our own. But no matter what, there are always days which just suck. I'm glad that you found us here at our site, and that you plan to join in with us. I am always happy to talk to anyone I can help, and so is most everyone else here. There are a lot of good people. Good luck to you, Jond, and the very best of wishes. I hope to see you around.
