I see that you've found your way around the forums alisden, but I wanted to welcome you to NeuroTalk just the same.

I too suffered from PCS following a nasty head injury, but unlike your husband I was lucky enough to have mine ease over a period of around 6 months.

I wish him all the best and I hope his symptoms ease soon.

hi ali I have PCS our lives been changed in a similar way to yours see if you can get an appointment with a neurologist, if you have not seen one all ready there are things that can be done for him, also support groups for your husband and your self

I have PCS and luckily have a great neurologist who has seen me thru the worst. I have headaches pretty much under control. Poor memory, brain fog, confusion,
brain drain and slow processing. Basically, There is a new Lynda, not sure who she is, my kids want their old mother back. I think my grandson misses his old mommom who could pick him up and take him for the weekend and anywhere anytime. I have fatigue and brain fatigue. I have a phenominal neurophyscologist
who has helped me learn again. She has helped me rise from these ashes.
She tells me from the hip. I need that and appreciate it.
